◆ PP board features:

1. High hardness and high melting point.

2. Low thermal distortion temperature (100), low transparency, low gloss, low rigidity.

3. High impact strength, the strength of PP increases with the increase of ethylene content.

4. The surface stiffness and scratch resistance are good. The PP board is modified by adding glass fiber and metal additives. The flow rate MFR ranges from 1 to 40. The PP material with low MFR has better impact resistance but is ductile. Intensity is low. Usually PP panels do not have environmental stress cracking problems.

5. The shrinkage rate of PP board is quite high. Because PP board is a semi-crystalline material, the shrinkage rate is generally 1.8~2.5%. And the directional uniformity of shrinkage is much better than that of materials such as HDPE.

6. It has excellent moisture absorption resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and solubility resistance.

◆ UHMW-PE sheet features:

1. Good wear resistance, the larger the molecular weight, the higher the wear resistance and impact resistance of the material;

2. High impact strength, even at -70C, there is still a high impact;

3. Good self-lubrication, very practical on the inner walls of coal bunkers, chutes, granaries, silos, etc.;

4. The water absorption rate is extremely low, and its physical and mechanical properties have nothing to do with the humidity factors in the use environment;

5. The chemical properties are stable, and it has strong corrosion resistance to various corrosive media and organic solvents such as acid, alkali, salt, etc. at a certain temperature and concentration;

6. Odorless, non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, with physiological circulation and physiological adaptability.

7. The surface is smooth, the friction coefficient is small, and the water absorption rate is almost zero, so the probability of contamination is low;

8. Anti-aging, when the molecular weight exceeds 5 million, the embrittlement temperature drops to -140C; when the molecular weight exceeds 8 million, the embrittlement temperature can be as high as - -269C under the action of liquid nitrogen, and there is still a certain degree of mechanical processing. strength;

9. Light weight (specific gravity 1.0g/cm3), easy to replace and maintain;

10. Strong toughness, can be used normally in harsh environments, and can be bent without breaking when overloaded.
