2) Polyurethane spray molding line

3)Polyethylene outer protective layer extrusion coating cooling line

4) End cutting equipment

The spraying and winding production process ensures the uniformity of the density of the insulation layer, improves the product quality and reduces the production cost.

1. The density of polyurethane is uniform and controllable.

2. Polyurethane rigid foam has no empty spaces.

3. The surface of polyurethane foam is rough,and the shear strength (friction) to polyethylene outer casing is greater than 200Kpa.

4. The thickness of the polyurethane insulation layer and the thickness of the polyethylene outer casing can be adjusted according to the design.

5. The production has a high degree of automation.
