The extruder is a key equipment in the production of insulated tubes, which is responsible for heating, plasticizing and extruding the raw material into a tubular shape. The main components of the extruder include the hopper, screw and barrel. Raw materials enter the extruder through the hopper, through the rotation of the screw and the heating of the barrel, gradually molded into a molten state, and then extruded into a tube through the mold.
Cross-linking equipment is used to improve the performance of insulated tubes, especially heat resistance, oil resistance and electrical properties.
Crosslinking equipment mainly includes crosslinking furnace and radiation crosslinking device. The crosslinking furnace can improve the properties of materials by forming chemical bonds between molecules through high temperature treatment. The radiation cross-linking device uses high-energy rays to trigger chemical reactions to achieve the cross-linking of materials.
