Application

This production line is mainly used to produce heat-shrinkable material pipes (heat-shrinkable tubes). High temperature heat shrinkable tube has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, etc. It is widely used in cable insulation protection, insulation treatment or stress relief of terminals or connections, coating and insulation protection of wire processing, solder joint protection, Coating of electronic components, insulation protection of resistors and capacitors, anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment of metal products, wire marking or color marking, etc.

Production process

There are three main production steps:

First, prepare heat-shrinkable materials by yourself or purchase special heat-shrinkable materials for the production of heat-shrinkable tube base tubes.

Second, the base tube is irradiated to alter the molecular machinery in preparation for expansion.

Third, third, expand and shape, and produce qualified heat shrinkable tubes

Extruder technical parameters

1. SJ-45 heat shrinkable material single screw, screw diameter 45mm.

2. The material of the screw barrel is 38CrMoALA, which is nitrided; the barrel is heated by a cast aluminum heater and cooled by a fan.

3. The main motor adopts AC motor, the motor power is 11kw, and the frequency converter is used.

4. Horizontal reducer: 1 set, long service life, low noise and high torque.

5. Drying hopper: 1, automatic feeding

6. Cooling fans: 4 sets, each power: 180w.

7. Cast aluminum heater: 4 zones, power: 4.5kw.

8. The electrical control part adopts Chint products; intelligent temperature control instrument
